Jim Champagne - President & CEO
Jim Champagne is responsible for the overall growth and strategic direction of the company with primary focus on its fiscal health and stability. Mr. Champagne sits on the board of directors to provide direction and develop partnerships for the company and its clients. Mr. Champagne remains an active contributor to the key relationships that have helped to establish the broad client base of InSite One.
With more than 22 years experience in medical imaging, Mr. Champagne has successfully led sales and business development efforts for both new and established lines of business. He began his career with Philips Medical Systems, where he spearheaded business development and marketing initiatives for several business lines that were new to the North American market, including PACS, computed radiography and teleradiology. Prior to joining InSite One, Mr. Champagne held the position of vice president of sales and business development for Konica Medical Imaging.
Paul Dandrow - Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer
Paul Dandrow is responsible for InSite One's operations, including systems integration, service, support and the management of the data centers. He is a member of the board of directors.
Mr. Dandrow has 21 years of management experience with the last 13 spent in healthcare. His experience includes executive management, networking, software development, client server technology and user support management. Prior to joining InSite One, Mr. Dandrow was Vice President and Practice Leader of NetLinc Services for Superior Consultant Company, a national healthcare-consulting firm. NetLinc Services was a 24x7 network management, remote help desk and outsourcing service for hospitals that was sold on a subscription basis. He is a frequent presenter and speaker at professional meetings throughout the U.S. He is a member of HIMSS, SCAR & AHRA. He also belongs to the Association of Storage Networking Professionals and the Information Systems Security Association.
Henry Schaffer - Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer
Henry Schaffer is Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President responsible for the company's finances and human resources. Mr. Schaffer is Secretary to the Board of Directors.
Mr. Schaffer is a CPA with over 20 years of broad based financial management experience with companies in the high tech area. Most recently, Mr. Schaffer was a director with Oracle Corp. working with sales organization to improve win rates through financial selling techniques. Prior to Oracle, Mr. Schaffer was CFO of OutlookSoft, Inc., an enterprise software vendor within the business intelligence software industry.
Mr. Schaffer began his career with Exxon and Compaq Computer Corp., and has held CFO positions with FiLinxx and the Custom Foot. Mr. Schaffer has an MBA from the University of Michigan and BBA from Texas A&M University.
Mitchell Goldburgh - Senior Vice President Marketing & Business Development
Mitchell Goldburgh is responsible for the business development, marketing and sales for the company. With more than 20 years experience in medical imaging, Mr. Goldburgh has successfully led sales and business development efforts for both new and established lines of business. New initiatives for InSite One are targeting reseller and dealer distribution partners/channels, along with offering scalable archiving and disaster recovery models to meet diverse customer needs.
Mr. Goldburgh began his career with Philips Medical Systems, where he contributed to the launch of computed radiography and PACS business lines that were new to the North American market. Mr. Goldburgh spent 7 years in market research and consulting as General Manager of IMV Limited.com which advises companies on tactical and strategic planning initiatives. Just prior to InSite One, Goldburgh held the position of General Manager for AuntMinnie.com, the world's leading web site for diagnostic imaging and healthcare technology.
John Jordan - Senior Vice President of Sales
John Jordan is responsible for all sales leadership activity for InSite One. Mr. Jordan bring 17 years of healthcare IT field experience to InSite One. Most recently, while at GE Healthcare IT, Mr. Jordan was responsible for the sales organization for their Imaging (RIS/PACS) business in the USA.
Prior to this, Mr. Jordan held the position of VP of Sales for IDX’s Imagecast division which also focused on RIS and PACS. Mr. Jordan was involved in IDX’s release of the industry’s first totally web-based RIS and PACS back in 2000. At GE Healthcare IT he was responsible for merging the respective RIS/PACS sales forces of IDX and GE.
Robert Porper - Senior Vice President Software Development
Robert Porper is responsible for managing InSite One's information technology functions. He also serves as our HIPAA Compliance Officer. Mr. Porper brings more than 20 years of management, financial and technical experience. Before joining InSite One, he was vice president of marketing technologies and Web services for Global Crossing, where he was responsible for developing, implementing and managing electronic marketing initiatives globally. Prior to his role at Global Crossing, Mr. Porper was a co-founder of Pro-Found Software, a successful software development and integration company, where he led the software engineering and business development areas. He received his MBA in Management and Finance from the Fuqua School at Duke University. In addition, he graduated with honors from Binghamton University, with a B.S. degree in Mathematics & Computer Science.
Ronald Konitshek - Vice President of Technical Services
Ronald Konitshek has over 24 years of engineering and managerial experience in the computer industry. His past duties have included the management of customer support services; supervisor of technical sales; and the administration of several large system configuration groups. Prior to joining InSite One, Mr. Konitshek worked in the Call Center industry where he was the lead engineer at EIS International. His employment at EIS spanned more than 10 years, where he held several managerial positions.
Mr. Konitshek brings to InSite One a great deal of knowledge and experience in the areas of system management and development. His past accomplishments include managing the development and operations of a 24x7 technical support department that currently provides 24x7 remote administrative service and support to approximately 77,000 workstations in over 1,000 locations worldwide.
